  Nekrolog	"Daniel J Sprague, MD, age 56, passed away March 23, 2011 after a brief battle with cancer surrounded by family. He was a partner in Neonatal Associates, Ltd and throughout his career delivered thousands of premature babies. Caring for others was his passion whether it was family, friends or newborns. Born in Brookings, SD, graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine, he is preceded in death by his parents James and Eleanora. He is survived by three small children at home Damian, Isaiah, and BJ along with a brother, Robert (Alabama), Lyndall, Karen, and Chandelle (Phoenix) in addition to numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and a co-parent, William all of whom he cared about deeply and loved him dearly. A memorial service will be held at Messinger Mortuary on Indian School at 3:30 pm, April 30, 2011. Condolences can be sent in care of the family to the mortuary."
