- "Independent, feisty, loving, strong and smart with a work ethic second to none, mama along with her twin brother Ray was born September 14, 1931 in Ferron, Utah to Barbara Olene Jensen and Lee Hamelwright. Lee died when the twins were five. They were raised in Price, Utah by there step dad Howard Bliss, whom they loved. Mama worked as a R.N. for 43 years at St. Marks Hospital, the heart center and Cottonwood Hospital where she was a very respected and loved nursing supervisor. Mama's daughters Kathy (Johnny) Yoklavich, Barbara (Byron) Mortensen, and April McKee are devastated at her unexpected death. She was in excellent health. Her Grandchildren Ayron (Dekon) Bakker, Layton McKee, Tyler (Nikki) Keemer, Ashlee (Bob) Benjamin and Lauren Keemer will have wonderful memories of her dirt cake, BBQ's, Easter egg hunts, and wonderful Christmas at her home. Daddy, Granddaughter Taylor Lyn McKee mama's youngest brother David Bliss along with nine other grand and great grandchildren and her parents welcomed her home. She was the rock in all of our lives. We're glad you went the way you wanted to. A Celebration will be held at Faye's home on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. No Flowers, just bring memories."
