Preceded in death by parents, Tom and Margaret Searson; brother Oscar Searson; sisters, Fern McKeag, Opal Gillespie, Dorothy Fitzpatrick; and daughter-in-law Margy Schneider. Survived by wife of 70 years, Wilma Searson; sons, Thomas E. (Jeanette) Searson and Greg Searson; grandchildren, Thomas L. and Michael Searson, Stephanie (Jim) McGowan, Jay and Todd Searson. Raised on a farm near Alda, NE. Attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the middle 1930's. Served as a navigator – bombardier instructor during WWII. Worked in wholesale sales of building supplies in Hastings, NE. After retirement moved to Omaha. MEMORIAL SERVICE 2pm Friday, June 14 at Immanuel Lakeside, 17600 Arbor St. Memorials to Lutheran Church of the Master, Lighthouse, Immanuel Lakeside, or Planned Parenthood."
