  "Charlotte Moen, 92, died peacefully in Frisco, Texas on June 18, 2019 surrounded by family after a brief battle with cancer. Born in St. Paul to Edith and Leonard Halbohn on May 12, 1927, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale and is survived by son and grandchildren. Charlotte and Dale ran the Forest Lake Golf and Country Club until Dales' passing. She owned and continued to operate what became "Charlotte's" clothing store in Forest Lake until her retirement. In addition to her business skills, she was an artist, world traveler, entrepreneur, and avid reader. She was dealrly loved by her family and will be missed." (Forest Lake Times)
